1. Special Reminder
1.1 Before you begin using the software, products, and related services provided by Mixtube Pro, please read and decide whether you agree to the Mixtube Pro User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please read and fully understand the contents of each clause carefully.
1.2 If you have any objections to the task content of this agreement or cannot accurately understand these terms, please do not register, log in or use the software products or services provided by Mixtube Pro; Your behavior of logging in, viewing, downloading, publishing information content, and using this software product will be deemed as reading and agreeing to be bound by this agreement and related agreements and rules.
1.3 If you are a minor under the age of 14 or have other situations where you do not have the civil capacity to adapt to the user's behavior, before using Mixtube Pro services, please read this agreement with your parents or guardians and obtain their consent, and use the services described in this agreement in the presence of your parents or guardians. In this case, you and your parents or guardians shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law.
2. Definition and Explanation
2.1 The term "user" in this agreement refers to the user who chooses to agree to all the terms of this agreement after reading it. Users can use the service by registering and logging into a Mixtube Pro account.
2.2 The term "software" or "product" in this agreement refers to the current and future software or products provided by Mixtube Pro, including Mixtube Pro related web pages, computer clients, mobile applications, etc.
3. User Account Rules
3.1 Users can obtain corresponding music, videos, and other content through the software or products provided by Mixtube Pro, and can enjoy more complete services after registering and logging into their Mixtube Pro account.
3.2 Users shall register their accounts through official channels of Mixtube Pro and fill in relevant registration information in a legal, accurate, and truthful manner according to the registration prompts, including but not limited to nicknames, avatars, and introductions. Illegal or harmful information as described in Article 6.1.1 or 6.1.2 of this agreement shall not appear in personal information, and users shall not use other people's names, names, fonts, avatars, etc. or adopt other confusing methods to open accounts. Mixtube Pro accounts must be registered legitimately (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration of accounts, using other people's identities for registration, using or damaging the Mixtube Pro account registration system for account registration, etc.). Mixtube Pro has the right to take measures including but not limited to refusing to provide relevant services, banning, canceling, or recycling accounts obtained through improper registration. If any losses occur as a result, the user shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom.
3.3 Users are not allowed to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell accounts, or license or share accounts with others in any other way. If Mixtube Pro discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, in order to ensure the security of the account, Mixtube Pro has the right to take measures including but not limited to immediately suspending or terminating services provided to the account, banning, canceling, or recycling. Mixtube Pro reserves the right to pursue breach of contract and other legal responsibilities against it.
3.4 Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their account information and password, and under no circumstances shall they disclose their account and password information or verification information to others. When users discover that their account is not being used by themselves, please notify Mixtube Pro immediately.
4. User Information Protection
4.1 Protecting users' personal information is a fundamental principle of Mixtube Pro. Mixtube Pro will use professional encryption technology and anonymization processing to store, use, and share users' personal information. It will also apply security technology and measures that match Mixtube Pro products and services, establish a sound management system to protect users' personal information, and prevent the leakage, damage, or loss of users' personal information. When the aforementioned situation occurs or Mixtube Pro discovers the possibility of the aforementioned situation occurring, Mixtube Pro will promptly take remedial measures and inform the user. If the user discovers the aforementioned situation, they must also immediately contact Mixtube Pro.

4.3 Mixtube Pro attaches great importance to the protection of children's personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please read the "Mixtube Pro Children's Privacy Policy" together with your parents or guardians before using the Mixtube Pro software and services, and use the Mixtube Pro software, products, and services with their consent and guidance.
5. Service forms of Mixtube Pro
5.1. If the user obtains the software or an installation program with the same name as the software from an unauthorized third party, Mixtube Pro cannot guarantee the normal use of the software and shall not be responsible for any losses caused to the user as a result.
5.2 The user agrees that the software is only for personal non-commercial use by the user. Users are not allowed to install, use, or run this software for commercial operation purposes. If users need to use the software and related services, information content for commercial purposes, they should obtain the consent of Mixtube Pro.
5.3 In order to enhance user experience and improve service content, Mixtube Pro will provide software update services from time to time, which may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrade, etc. After the new version of the software is released, the old version may not be usable. Please download the latest version in a timely manner.
5.4 Unless permitted by law or with written permission from Mixtube Pro, users are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors. Otherwise, Mixtube Pro reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law:
(1) Delete copyright information from software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of software;
(3) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, assembling, publishing, publishing, establishing mirror sites, etc. of Mixtube Pro's intellectual property rights, and developing derivative products, works, services, plugins, plug-ins, compatibility, interconnection, etc. related to this software and related information without authorization;
(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, mount, or create any derivative works of software or data released into the memory of any terminal during software operation, interaction data between client and server during software operation, and system data necessary for software operation, including but not limited to using plugins, plug-ins, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access software and related systems;
(5) Modifying or forging instructions and data during software operation, adding, deleting, or altering software functions or effects, or operating or disseminating software or methods used for the aforementioned purposes to the public, regardless of whether the aforementioned actions are for commercial purposes;
(6) Using third-party software, plugins, cheats, systems developed or authorized by non Mixtube Pro, logging in or using software and services, or creating, publishing, and disseminating the aforementioned tools;
(7) Engaging in any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other people's computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information; Attempting to explore, scan, test the weaknesses of this software system or network or engage in other activities that undermine network security without permission; Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this software system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services; Falsifying TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(8) By modifying or forging instructions, data, and data packets during the operation of software works, adding, deleting, or changing the functions or operating effects of software, and disseminating or operating software used for the above purposes to the public through information networks;
(9) Unauthorized copying, reading, collecting, editing, organizing, directing, transferring, and other illegal means of obtaining or using the information content of Mixtube Pro software and related services;
(10) Other unauthorized actions by Mixtube Pro.
6. User behavior norms
6.1 Users shall not engage in the following behaviors when using Mixtube Pro services:
6.1.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store the following illegal information:
(1) Spreading rumors and disrupting economic and social order;
(2) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(3) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on their reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests;
(4) Other content prohibited by laws and regulations.
6.1.2 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store the following harmful information:
(1) Using exaggerated titles that do not match the content of the title;
(2) Spreading rumors, scandals, and bad deeds;
(3) Improper evaluation of natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
(4) Those with sexual implications, teasing, or other factors that can easily trigger sexual associations;
(5) Showing blood, horror, cruelty, and other physical and mental discomfort;
(6) Instilling discrimination against groups, regions, etc;
(7) Promoting vulgar, vulgar, and pandering content;
(8) Other content that has a negative impact on the online ecosystem.
6.1.3 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others, such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, etc;
6.1.4 Use any audio or video materials obtained through the use of this service that infringe upon intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or any other legitimate rights of either party;
6.1.5 Use this software and service in any other illegal manner, for any illegal purpose, or in any way inconsistent with this agreement;
6.2 Users shall strictly follow the above agreement when using Mixtube Pro services. If there is any violation, users shall bear all consequences and responsibilities that may arise from the use of information content. Mixtube Pro has the right to take measures including but not limited to refusing to provide some or all services, deleting illegal or harmful information, and banning accounts. At the same time, users have the right to keep records in accordance with legal provisions and report to relevant authorities. When Mixtube Pro suffers administrative penalties or litigation compensation due to the user's violation of the above agreement, Mixtube Pro has the right to demand that the user jointly resolve the issue and pursue compensation from the user.
7. Terms of Use for Minors
7.1 Minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using this service, improve safety awareness, and strengthen self-protection:
(1) Recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, learn to use the internet correctly within a reasonable range, avoid becoming addicted to the internet and affecting daily learning and life;
(2) When filling in personal information, strengthen personal protection awareness and provide it with the consent and guidance of the guardian to avoid harassment and harm caused by malicious elements;
(3) Under the guidance of parents, guardians, or teachers, learn to use the internet correctly and develop good internet habits;
(4) Avoid meeting or participating in social activities with unfamiliar netizens, in order to prevent criminals from taking advantage of the situation and endangering their own safety.
7.2 Parents, guardians, and schools should provide guidance, assistance, and supervision to minors when using this service. Especially parents should care about their children's growth, pay attention to communication and companionship with them, guide their children on the issues they should pay attention to when going online, and take preventive measures.
7.3 In order to better protect the privacy rights and interests of minors, users should carefully consider before publishing content containing materials related to minors. Once published, it is deemed that the user has obtained the consent of the relevant rights holder to display the portrait, voice, name, age and other information of minors in the Mixtube Pro software and services, and agrees to Mixtube Pro's use and processing of content related to minors in accordance with this agreement and the Mixtube Pro Privacy Policy.
8. Force majeure and other exemption reasons
8.1. The user understands and agrees that during the use of this service, there may be risk factors such as force majeure that may cause interruption of this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, riots, and government actions. When the above situation occurs, Mixtube Pro will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible and repair it in a timely manner. However, Mixtube Pro is exempt from liability for any losses caused to users within the scope permitted by law.
8.2. Within the scope permitted by law, Mixtube Pro shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:
(1) Damaged by computer viruses, trojans, or other malicious programs, as well as hacker attacks;
(2) User or Mixtube Pro's computer software, system, hardware, and communication lines have malfunctioned;
(3) Improper user operation;
(4) Users use this service through non Mixtube Pro authorized means.
8.3. The user understands and agrees that this service is provided based on the current state of technology and conditions that can be achieved. Mixtube Pro will make every effort to provide services to users, ensuring the continuity and security of the services; However, Mixtube Pro cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, and other possible service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks.
8.4 The user understands and agrees that in the process of using this service, there may be risks arising from network information or other user behavior. Mixtube Pro shall not be responsible for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor shall it be responsible for any damages caused to you due to infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:
(1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content that is anonymous or impersonated by others;
(2) Due to the use of this service, any psychological, physiological harm, and economic losses caused or likely to be caused by misleading, deceiving, or other actions by others;
(3) Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.
8.5 You understand and agree that due to network connectivity issues, this service may experience prolonged buffering, lagging, or other similar situations that are beyond our control, and therefore we are not responsible for such situations. But in order to enhance user experience, reduce and avoid the occurrence of the above situations, you confirm and agree that we may take relevant technical measures to optimize this service, including but not limited to improving CDN node distribution scheduling, using specialized network transmission technology, and other measures.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 The intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, graphics, audio, video, song lists, layout designs, electronic documents, icons, hardware products, etc. provided by Mixtube Pro in the software, products, and related services belong to Mixtube Pro.
9.2 Without the written consent of Mixtube Pro or the relevant rights holder, the user shall not display, use, transfer, or apply for registration of any trademark, domain name, or other significant brand features, including "Mixtube Pro", for any commercial or non-commercial purposes on their own or permit any third party to do so.
10. Liability for breach of contract
10.1 If Mixtube Pro discovers or receives reports or complaints from others about users violating the provisions of this agreement (including but not limited to violating the prohibitive provisions described in Article 6.1), or engaging in infringement/illegal behavior, Mixtube Pro has the right to delete or block relevant content at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or prohibitions on the use of some or all functions, and account bans, depending on the severity of the behavior.
10.2 Mixtube Pro has obtained the right to handle illegal and irregular content in accordance with the above agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Mixtube Pro, and Mixtube Pro cannot guarantee timely detection or corresponding handling of illegal activities.
10.3 Mixtube Pro has the right to handle any behavior that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and report relevant information to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from this alone.
10.4 The user understands and agrees that the user shall be solely responsible for any claims, demands, or losses claimed by third parties due to the user's violation of this agreement or relevant service terms; If Mixtube Pro suffers losses as a result, the user should also compensate accordingly.
11. Effectiveness and Termination of the Agreement
Mixtube Pro has the right to modify the terms of this agreement as necessary. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page.
11.2 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by Mixtube Pro, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by Mixtube Pro.
Mixtube Pro may make changes to the service content and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate the service.
11.4 Mixtube Pro recommends that users take legal measures to save the information content and data they need. If the user's service is terminated, Mixtube Pro can permanently delete the user's data from the server. After the service is terminated, Mixtube Pro is not obligated to return data to users.
